Ensuring a Smooth Process Ahead of Your Procedure

When you choose to receive treatment from Dr. Williams, you can expect your local dental team to contact you via phone or email in advance to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. This pre-treatment process is essential for a smoother, more seamless experience. If you have any questions in the days or weeks leading up to your appointment, please review the following information.

What to Expect

The first step is to complete and submit your new oral surgery patient paperwork and follow the pre-operative instructions provided. On the day of your procedure, you will meet with Dr. Williams to review your completed paperwork, including all consent forms. He will be happy to answer any questions you may have about treatment. Afterward, you will move to an operatory where our team will apply the necessary monitoring equipment in preparation for your procedure.

You will then receive IV sedation to help you feel more comfortable and relaxed. Once Dr. Williams finishes your procedure, we will ensure you and your friend or family member who drives you home receive essential post-procedure aftercare tips for a successful recovery.
